The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. It regulates NDIS providers, provides national consistency, promotes safety and quality services, resolves problems and identifies areas for improvement.

Department of Human Services
The Department of Human Services is the new title for the Department of Communities and Social Inclusion. DHS has lead responsibility on behalf of the South Australian government in the areas of disability; early intervention to support health, safety and wellbeing of children; youth justice; domestic violence ; screening services and disaster recovery. The department also provides a wide range of grants to community organisations and concessions. DHS has lead policy responsibility in relation to women, youth and volunteers.
Brain Injury SA
Brain Injury SA is now recognised and funded as the peak body in South Australia for people with an acquired brain injury (ABI), and those who care for them. It engages with people with an ABI and their famillies, service providers, ABI specialists, and people and agencies that are interested in the impact of ABI in South Australia.
Brain Injury SA are funded to provide support to people who want to appeal a decision by the NDIA regarding their funding.
