We understand the importance of the relationship between you and the person who delivers your support.
We are completely flexible and can employ your choice of support worker, including approved NDIS individuals that are known to you. We understand that everyone’s support needs are different and can be met by people with different skill sets.
Do you already know someone who you would like to be your formal support worker?
If you already know someone that you would like to work with, we can meet with you and discuss your requirements. Together, we work out how your chosen support person can deliver those services and ensure that they have appropriate NDIS clearances and qualifications for the supports that you require.
If you don’t have someone already in mind, you can choose your support worker from our experienced team of over 500 friendly, helpful, reliable, punctual and dedicated staff or we can recruit to your specific needs.
